SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver across Mauritius.
Delivery timelines shown on the website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other platform are estimates.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, high order volume, incorrect customer details, or circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and order details are correct before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempt, re delivery charges may apply.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier or delivery partners.
SECTION 7
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been packed, shipped, or handed to the delivery partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
If you entered the wrong address or phone number, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
We will try to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

REFUND AND DAMAGE POLICY
Refunds are accepted only when a product arrives damaged.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide:
• Your order number
• A clear parcel opening video
• The video must start before the parcel is opened
• The damage must be visible in the same video
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
Refunds will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong item ordered by the customer
• Minor colour difference due to screen display
• Damage caused after opening or use
• Missing opening video
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery
• Products not in original condition
Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the issue reported.
Shipping charges are non refundable unless the issue relates to damage during delivery.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable Mauritius consumer protection laws.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted only if we approve the request.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Exchange requests are not accepted for products damaged after use, opened craft items, used stationery, used pyjamas, or items without original packaging.
Delivery charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

All products are subject to stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you.
We will offer one of the following:
• Replacement product
• Store credit
• Refund for the unavailable item
