Refund & Damage Policy
At Crib to Crayons, every order is packed with care before dispatch.
Refunds are accepted only in case of a damaged product received by the customer.
To request a refund:
• You must send us a clear opening video of the parcel
• The video must start before the package is opened
• The product damage must be visible in the same video
• The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, labels, accessories, and inserts intact
Refunds will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Wrong product ordered by the customer
• Minor colour difference due to screen display
• Damage caused after opening or use
• Products without an opening video
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to damage during delivery.
For damaged products, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability.
Please email us with your order number, opening video, and clear product images within 7 days of delivery on info@cribtocrayons.com
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Mauritius consumer rules state that consumer rights linked to defective goods cannot be excluded by contract terms.
